Duration & Acclimatization

6-day Trek: The quicker option, which accelerates the pace of the climb. However, this route doesn’t allow for a gradual ascent, making it more challenging and increasing the risk of altitude sickness.
7-day Trek: The slightly longer option, allowing a little more time for acclimatization, though still a fairly quick ascent.
For most trekkers, the 7-day option is the better choice, though even then, this route remains a very strenuous and physically demanding challenge.
