Duration & Acclimatization

The Lemosho Route can be completed in 7 to 9 days, but we highly recommend the 8-day trek for better acclimatization. A longer climb gives your body time to adjust to the altitude, which is crucial for avoiding altitude sickness and maximizing your chances of reaching the summit.
7-day Trek: A quicker, more challenging option, suited for those with previous high-altitude trekking experience.
8-day Trek: The optimal choice for most trekkers, offering a slower and safer ascent with more time for acclimatization.
9-day Trek: Ideal for those who want to ensure the best chances of success, with a very gradual climb and plenty of rest time.
